Closes 6 Jul 2022

Contents

We are looking for the views of carers. A carer is someone who provides or intends to provide care for someone else as described below. If you are a carer we would like you to respond to the questions within the Introduction sections and "All Carers". You can then then select the section(s)  relevant to your role as a carer.

A Young Carer is a carer who is under 18, or is at least 18 but still at school.

An Adult Carer is a carer who over 18 but is not at school..

A Parent Carer provides care for a child which is more than the support they would provide only due to their age e.g. if the child had a disability.

Kinship Carers are not covered by the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 and as such we are not seeking your views at this time.
