We presented the findings to the Summer Tenant Conference in 2019 and asked tenants to drill down further to tell us what their highest priorities were for investment.
The questions we asked tenants at the Conference then went out for further consultation.
The findings were used to come up with the 2020/21 Rent Level Options and investment proposals that were presented to tenants to vote on in November and December 2019.
Thank you to everyone who took part in this consultation,
The results will help to inform the proposed rent level options for 2020/21 that are brought forward in October 2019 for tenants to vote on.
This survey is the first step in our consultation with Perth & Kinross Council tenants about rent setting for 2020/21.
It’s important we understand what our housing tenants want when it comes to how we invest in your home, and the services we deliver.
As in previous years this survey is the first step in a series of opportunities for you to tell us what you think we should prioritise when it comes to spending your rent money.
The responses to this survey will help us to provide feedback and to gather more detailed information at your Summer Tenant Conference on 27 June 2019 and at various events in your local communities.
This information will then be used to look at rent level options for 2020/21 that will allow us to deliver on your priorities.
Please complete the survey by Friday 7th June 2019.
You'll also be asked if you want to nominate a Community Champion - someone who makes a real difference to the neighbourhood where you live.
You can let us know if you want to be entered you into a prize draw to win one of 4 x £50 High Street shopping vouchers.
This survey has now closed. Feedback on the findings will be provided to tenants at the Summer Tenant Conference on 27 June, and at various other tenant participation events in your communties.
We will gather more detailed information from tenants at these events.
Your overall thoughts will then be used to look at rent level options for 2020/21 which would allow us to deliver on your priorities.
