Why we are consulting

It is proposed that Perth & Kinross Council grant a full repairing and insuring lease of an area of ground at Davie Park, Rattray, comprising approximately 15,896m2 for a period of 25 years to Blairgowrie and Rattray Community Football Club (BRCFC) to facilitate a project to:

Phase 1:  install a full size 100 x 60 metres 3G floodlit pitch together with alterations to the main stand; and

Phase 2:  Construct a new build sports and community facility on the same site comprising modern changing rooms, a viewing gallery, catering facilities,  social and office space for hire.  These facilities will serve the wider area of East Perthshire.
