Proposed lease of 2 North Port, Perth – a Common Good property
Overview
The shop at 2 North Port, Perth (shown on the plan below) is recognised as common good property owned by Perth and Kinross Council and held on the Perth Common Good Fund. The shop has been vacant since the expiry of the previous tenant’s lease on 28 February 2026. It was marketed for letting from 6 March 2026, with a closing date set for 24 April 2026. Rent will be receivable by the Perth Common Good Fund.
