Overview

The Tayside Suicide? Help! website and mobile app provide a range of information for people aged over 16 who are living with thoughts of suicide, people offering support and for those affected by suicide.

We are seeking your views on the website/app. You do not need to have used the website or app prior to this survey. All feedback is welcome.

Why your views matter

This website and app have been in place for almost 10 years. Regular annual updates have taken place, but we would like to take the opportunity this year for a complete review. To do this we are looking for feedback from as many people as possible. This includes from general members of the public, service users, carers, multiagency staff and on an agency basis.

We may not be able to use all suggestions for this next update to the website/app, but all information will be saved for the next three years to inform both this and future updates.

How to respond

Please click on the "Give us your views" box below to complete the anonymous online survey. It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes of your time. You can save your response and return to complete at your convenience until the closing date (Monday 24 July 2023).

As this survey is about suicide awareness, please take steps to look after yourself and if now is not the right time for you to complete the survey you will be able to share your views anytime via your local Suicide Prevention Coordinator. If you send a message to SuicidePrevention@pkc.gov.uk we can link you into your local contact.

If you would prefer to give your feedback verbally, require a paper copy or have any questions please contact: Susan Duncan, Suicide Prevention Coordinator, Perth and Kinross:  SuicidePrevention@pkc.gov.uk or phone 07760171763 (office hours only). Please leave a message and your contact details if your call is not answered at the time.
