A Report was prepared and placed before Perth and Kinross Licensing Board on 27 September. That report included all consultation responses. The Board then decided the full terms of its Licensing Policy Statement to apply from 5 November 2023 to 5 November 2028.

On 27 September 2023, the Licensing Board met to consider the report before it finalised the terms of its Licensing Policy Statement for 2023-2028. The full report including consultation responses can be viewed here.

Overview
Perth and Kinross Licensing Board is required under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to prepare and publish a Licensing Policy Statement which the Board must have regard to when exercising their functions under that Act.
Perth and Kinross Licensing Board is now undertaking a review in order to prepare and publish its fifth Policy Statement. Once finalised, the Policy Statement will have effect until 5 November 2028. The Board would welcome responses from any interested parties on the terms of the Draft Policy Statement. The proposed changes from the fourth Statement are shown on the draft using the track and trace facility.
