The feedback was discussed with tenants at our Tenant Summer Roadshow events in June 2023.
All the comments received then fed into proposals for three rent level options which we consulted tenants on in November and December 2023.
Results updated 26 Apr 2024
The results of the Rent Setting 2024/25 - Your Rent, Your Say, Your Priorities consultation are now available. The results were fed back to tenants at our Tenant Summer Roadshow events on June 19th 2023, where we asked for more views on how we should be spending rent money.
Tenant feedback from the consultation and roadshow events will help us put together rent level options for 2024/25 that tenants will be asked to vote on later this year.

Overview
Our rent setting process for 2024/25 starts here! It’s very important we understand what matters to you, our tenants, when it comes to how we invest in your homes and in the housing services we deliver for you.
This survey tells us what you think we should prioritise your rent money on. We are asking you to tell us what your main priorities are from the information detailed in this consultation.
Why your views matter
Your views are even more important this year as we deal with the cost-of-living crisis, so please take a few minutes to complete this survey.
The choices we have given you are based on what tenants have previously told us they would like to see their rent money spent on.
As well as the options below we will continue to increase the number of homes we make available though our new build and buy back programmes. This is something you have told us each year is a priority for you. We are also required by law to ensure that your home is maintained safely and that we meet our statutory obligations in terms of servicing and compliance.
Feedback on the results of this survey will be given to you at Summer Locality Events for tenants when you will have an opportunity to ask housing managers questions on spending priorities.
The locality events will be held on Monday 19th June. There will be a morning and an evening event in each locality to allow as many people as possible to attend:
- Perth City: Salutation Hotel, 10am – 11.30am; or 5pm – 6.30pm
- North: Angus Hotel, Blairgowrie, 10am – 11.30am; or 5pm – 6.30pm
- South: The Square, James Square, Crieff 10am – 11.30am; or 5pm – 6.30pm
- Letham and Hillyland: St Mark’s Church, 10am – 11.30am; or 5pm – 6.30 pm
Your feedback will allow us to develop a number of rent level options for next year to deliver your priorities. You will be given the opportunity to vote on these options later this year.
Please complete the survey by Friday 2nd June 2023. Everyone who responds has the choice to be entered into a prize draw to win one of four £50 High Street shopping vouchers.
