Rent Level Options for 2025/26
Introduction
We remain committed to keeping our rent levels as affordable as possible, whilst continuing to deliver on your priorities and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Our rent levels are currently the 4th lowest in Scotland and remain the most affordable housing option for residents in Perth and Kinross.
We also think it is important that we highlight that in comparison with neighbouring local authorities and nationally, rent increases in Perth and Kinross have been lower over the last number of years, as outlined below:
