We’re making exciting improvements to the play area and wider greenspace at Davie Park, Rattray, and we want to hear from you and get your ideas!

We have identified five areas that could be transformed from open greenspace into vibrant, dynamic places for the whole community to enjoy. Some of the possibilities include:

• A food-growing space or community orchard that brings people together to grow, share, and learn.
• A biodiversity area or community woodland that creates a haven for wildlife and nature lovers.
• Exciting new play equipment to spark imagination, creativity, and adventure for children of all ages.
• Accessible seating, picnic spots, and relaxation areas that provide welcoming spaces to connect and unwind.
• A pop-up multi-use event space that offers a flexible hub for fun, entertainment, and community gatherings.

But this isn’t set in stone! We want to hear your ideas—big or small—on how these spaces could best serve the community. Whether you love nature, enjoy outdoor social spaces, or have a completely new suggestion, we want to know!
