Proposed lease of ground at Davies Park, Kinross, to Kinross Open Spaces Action Group (KOSAG)

Overview

Notice has been given in compliance with Section 27 (2A) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1959 that Perth & Kinross Council proposes to lease approximately 3,334 square metres of open space at Davies Park, Kinross, to Kinross Open Spaces Action Group (KOSAG).

The lease would be for twenty years at a peppercorn rent. KOSAG do not propose to make any changes to the public park use and public access to the ground will not be affected.

Any person may submit an objection to the proposed lease either by clicking on the ‘Share your Views’ link below or by email to Estates@pkc.gov.uk.

Objections should be made no later than 5pm on 4 March 2026 and should state the grounds on which they are made.

Personal information you provide, such as your name, may be used in a report to the Council, or one of its committees.  Any report which is prepared may be accessible by the public.  Your contact details will not appear in a report and your information will not be disclosed to third parties except as described above or if the Council is required to do so by law.
