How we use your personal information

You do not need to provide any personal information to provide feedback to this consultation activity. However, if you would like someone to contact you to allow you to discuss your comments and feedback in more detail then we do ask you to provide either an email address or phone number for that purpose.

These contact details, or any other personal information you choose to include as part of your feedback, will only be used by Perth and Kinross Council and our partner Sweco for the purposes of contacting you to follow up on the feedback, and for analysing the feedback you have provided as it relates to the Perth Innovation Highway project. The information will not be disclosed to other parties except as described below.

The Council may check information provided by you, or information about you provided by a third party, with other information held by us. We may also get information from certain third parties or share your information with them in order to verify its accuracy, prevent or detect crime, protect public funds or where required by law.
