Potential new park and ride facilities for Perth
Overview
We are looking at the potential for new Park and Ride facilities at three locations around Perth, in addition to our existing Park and Ride facilities at Broxden and Kinross.
These could provide another option for travelling into Perth city centre, as well as connecting with public transport for longer-distance journeys to the Central Belt, such as Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The three new locations we are considering are:
- Bertha Park – just off the A9, near the Bertha Park Link Road
- Oudenarde – east of the M90, near Bridge of Earn
- Walnut Grove – just off Dundee Road, near the A90 off-slip
Before any decisions are made, we want to understand how people travel now and what they think about Park and Ride.
Whether you already use Park and Ride, might consider using it in the future, or don’t think it would work for you, we want to hear your views.
Why your views matter
Your feedback will help us understand the potential demand for Park and Ride at these locations, what would encourage people to use it and what would be needed for any future facilities to work well.
