Following the Summer Tenant Conference 2019 where investment in Housing Services was discussed with attendees, we asked the wider tenant population for more detailed information on how you wanted us to invest in your housing services during 2020/21.
Tenants gave us some further detailed information on their preferences for investment.
The information you provided fed into the process that produced the three Rent Level Options and investment proposals for 2020/21 that tenants were given the opportunity to vote on in November and December 2019.
It's very important that tenants have a strong voice in deciding what their rent money is spent on.
We recently asked Perth & Kinross Council tenants what your main priority areas were when it comes to investing in your Housing Services. The 'Your Rent, Your Say, Your Priorities' survey was completed by 849 tenants in April and May 2019, giving us an indication of your main priority areas for spending for 2019/20:
We now want to ask you some follow-up questions to see what kind of services you would like us to focus on delivering under these main priority areas.
The information we gather about what services you would like to see will help us to put together proposals for rent levels for 2019/20.
These proposed rent level options will be discussed at the Autumn Tenant Conference on October 3rd 2019 at the Salutation Hotel, Perth (11:00am - 1.30pm), before being voted on by tenants.
The consultation has now closed. Thank you for your input. We will be considering the feedback from all respondents and will post the results on this page.
