Draft Dunkeld Conservation Area Appraisal & Management Plan
Overview
Perth & Kinross Council is required by law to protect conservation areas from development which would be detrimental to their character. A conservation area appraisal for Dunkeld has been prepared as a management tool that identifies the special interest and changing needs of the conservation area.
Why your views matter
The conservation area appraisal is intended to be a guide to the history, architecture and character of the Dunkeld Conservation Area, provide guidance for making sympathetic changes in the area.
The consultation is aimed at residents and landowners within the conservation area to provide valuable insight into the special character of Dunkeld.

The information provided by you will be used by Perth and Kinross Council to prepare and publish Dunkeld Conservation Area Appraisal & Management Plan. The information will not be disclosed to third parties except as described below.
