Overview

Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is currently in the process of redesigning how support for mental health and wellbeing is provided. It is really important to us that we involve  local people, groups, charities and organisations to help us shape a joint vision for the future.

Why We Are Consulting

The Health and Social Care Partnership is responsible for the delivery of social care and community-based health services for all adults in Perth and Kinross.  These services are funded through budgets provided by both Perth & Kinross Council and NHS Tayside.

The information we gather will be used to redesign the way support is provided so that we use our resources in the best possible way to meet the needs the people of Perth & Kinross.
