Health and Social Care in Perth and Kinross

Overview

Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is currently in the process of renewing our Strategic Plan and it is really important to us that we involve  local people, groups, charities and organisations to help us shape a joint vision for the future.

Why your views matter

The Health and Social Care Partnership is responsible for the delivery of social care and community-based health services for all adults in Perth and Kinross.  These services are funded through budgets provided by both Perth & Kinross Council and NHS Tayside.  Examples of services we provide include home care, care homes, mental health and wellbeing support, community mental health teams, GP services, district nursing services, community hospitals, day care and telecare services (technology that supports people at live at home safely & independently).

We want to find out what’s important to you about health and social care in your community and hear any ideas you have about what we could do differently to help you live healthily and well and influence how we spend our money. Our ambition is to work with communities to support healthy and independent lives.
